Order Fulfillment Specialist III
Location: Danner Dr, Aurora, OH
Duration: 1 year from start date with opportunity to convert
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3:30PM – 12:00AM

 


Role Summary/Purpose
The Order Fulfillment Specialist III executes warehousing, material handling, and inventory activities to support the assembly/manufacture of products. This position is ideal for candidates looking for a temp-to-perm opportunity.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Execute physical movement of materials using handcarts.

  • Accurately pick parts/products and ensure proper packing for shipment.

  • Fill kits and deliver to production as needed.

  • Conduct cycle counts; quantify and verify inventory.

  • May work in Decon area: unpacking, disinfecting, and dispositioning returned products.

  • Comply with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and Quality System regulations and policies.

  • Perform additional duties/special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.

  • Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the local language.

  • Proficient in basic mathematics.

  • Effective communicator and team player.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Able to consistently lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.

  • Comfortable standing/walking for several hours.
