Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Dress Code: Pants/shorts with belt loops, t-shirt or polo (work may be dusty/dirty)

Job Description
Kelly is seeking motivated team members for a Material Handler position in a busy warehouse setting. As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in the movement, storage, and preparation of materials for shipment. The worksite is heated but not air-conditioned, and you’ll work both indoors and outdoors, so comfort working in variable temperatures is important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and outdoor areas
- Accurately pick and fill orders, regularly lifting boxes up to 50 lbs
- Read order slips, count items, and ensure order accuracy
- Operate a variety of material handling equipment—forklifts (stand-up/sit-down), pallet jacks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, walking riders, EZGo carts, hand trucks, or dollies
- Forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Pack and ship customer orders promptly and efficiently
- Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory
- Use an RF scan gun and maintain records for order tracking
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm
- Able to lift, push, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs frequently
- Comfortable standing/moving for extended periods and working in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Good communication skills (able to read order slips and product labels)
- Basic math skills for counting and ensuring order accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and reliable time management
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience a plus (not required—training provided)
Additional Information:
- This is a temp-to-hire role, with long-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.
- Work conditions may be dusty or dirty; steel toe shoes are required daily.
