Bilingual Production Team Leader 1st shift – 7:30AM-4PM Mon-Fri pay is $25-$30 per hour – temp to hire opening in Statesville, NC

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience who can drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and motivate a team to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of 40+ production associates on first shift.
Coordinate and oversee daily production activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve productivity and manufacturing processes.
Ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
Train, coach, and support team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
Communicate production updates, priorities, and any issues to management.
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
Assist with troubleshooting production challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Operate hand tools and assist with assembly and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience required.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams of 20 or more associates.
Experience operating hand tools and working in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
Ability to use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
