Role Overview: The Customer Service Representative provides primary support for part, pump, and motor price quotes, order processing, and billing/warranty resolution in a remote setting.
Work Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Location: 100% Remote in the U.S.
– Pay rate: $23.50/h
– Status: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (possible extension according to performance)
Core Responsibilities

Customer Support & Quotes: Act as the first point of contact to provide accurate quotes for parts, pumps, and motors while adhering to ISO9001 procedures.

Order Management: Process new orders, handle change requests (addresses, dates, carriers), provide status updates, and maintain quote/production log databases using ERP-LX.

Billing & Administrative: Assist with warranty claims, credit memos, export compliance, customer communication files, and AR collection dispute resolutions.

Team Collaboration: Support sales initiatives and complete additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications

Experience: 5–10 years of relevant customer service experience.

Education: High School Diploma /GED or higher required.

Skills: Strong financial/accounting background, proficiency in MS Office tools, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
