Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, Temp to Hire!

What’s a typical day as Records Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Managing essential administrative tasks, such as answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department.

  • Utilizing Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook to efficiently respond to internal and external client inquiries.

  • Handling invoice reconciliation, processing payment transactions, and creating client profiles and portal access.

  • Ensuring accurate recording, distribution, and accessibility of critical information for stakeholders.

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and additional department requests.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of administrative assistant or customer service experience (required).

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required); legal industry experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.

  • Possess excellent communication and organizational abilities.
