Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Stoughton, MA.
- Shift: 8:30 – 4:30pm
- Pay: $21
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties
- Assign evaluations to RN and OT teams.
- Verify all MassHealth (MH) information (ID, eligibility, provider status, NPI, MCO) and ensure related documents are in Laserfiche before assignment.
- Schedule initial and re-evaluations with consumers/surrogates and OTs.
- Enter evaluation details on shared and personal calendars.
- Confirm next-day evaluations with consumers/surrogates.
- Notify and update evaluation teams of all schedule changes.
- Reschedule evaluations as needed and document changes in calendars and Zuke database.
- Create, update, and transfer electronic evaluation folders to assigned staff.
- Assign adjustment evaluations per supervisor direction; prepare folders and notify team.
- Collaborate with Social Workers to obtain required documents (MD summaries, discharge letters, 485s).
- Enter referrals in Zuke and Enrollment Module.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports and update RN/OT calendars.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or scheduling strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management, and electronic documentation systems (e.g., Zuke, Laserfiche).
