Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated Treasury Management Sales Associate to join the Sales Delivery Team. In this role, you’ll assist Treasury Management Officers with a range of sales activities, including client pricing, presentation building, and portfolio management. This is an excellent opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to advance into a Treasury Management Officer role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales process, integrating with local/regional teams.

  • Engage in client call preparation, proposal generation, relationship reviews, trend and working capital analysis, pricing, and profitability modeling.

  • Review and data mine portfolios for revenue enhancement and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Manage small sales opportunities, including solution development and follow-up.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams to deliver high-value client solutions.

  • Participate in the RFP pricing process, including proformas and modeling.

  • Assist with sensitive and escalated customer service and implementation issues.

  • Attend prospect and client-facing meetings as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the banking industry.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

  • Proven track record of client interaction and proactive solution development.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Project management experience a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Extensive PC and phone usage.

  • Minimal travel may be required.
