Overview
Join a leading team that designs and manufactures advanced wet process systems powering next-generation semiconductor computing, AI acceleration, and power devices. As a Material Handler, you will manage critical materials in a fast-paced logistics environment, where precision and timing determine the success of both shipments and production builds. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key point for escalations, accuracy checks, and inventory integrity—keeping global commitments on schedule during a period of unprecedented industry growth.
Responsibilities

  • Execute and verify daily SAP transactions for all material movements, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with documented procedures.

  • Pick, stage, and ship materials for production, service, and global customer deliveries with zero shipping defects.

  • Receive inbound vendor materials, returns, and special components; manage discrepancy resolution promptly.

  • Ensure priority parts and kits are delivered to the correct stations or partner sites on schedule to prevent build delays.

  • Maintain warehouse readiness through 5S practices, clean storage environments, and adherence to safety standards.

  • Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) and perform light sub-assembly when required.

  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits, identifying and correcting root causes of inventory accuracy issues.

  • Serve as a resource for less experienced handlers during complex staging, SAP transactions, or priority rush orders.

  • Support safe transportation and documentation compliance for domestic and international shipments.

  • Flex to additional operational roles as needed to meet workload demands.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; technical or logistics coursework preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or material handling roles required.

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Skilled in interpreting pick lists, BOMs, and documentation for custom high-value equipment.

  • Independent, detail-oriented approach to transaction processing and discrepancy resolution.

  • Proven competence in safe forklift and material handling practices; certifications are a plus.

  • Strong organizational habits with the ability to meet demanding production and shipping timelines.

  • Capable of standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lbs; availability for overtime as required.
