Kelly® is hiring a Material Handler for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in Telford, PA.

What You’ll Do
As a Material Handler, you’ll support press operations and the ink room by ensuring inks, adhesives, chemicals, and other materials are safely handled, accurately delivered, and properly stored.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing color pulls to support press approvals, minimize waste, and improve efficiency
- Receiving, unloading, staging, moving, and returning inks, adhesives, chemicals, and solvents to designated stock locations
- Mixing, transporting, and delivering adhesives and inks to presses as needed
- Opening, mixing, weighing, and returning ink drums to appropriate storage locations
- Staging, loading, and preparing hazardous waste shipments and maintaining designated accumulation areas
- Maintaining clean and organized ink and solvent areas to support a safe work environment
- Performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Cross-training in other departments to support production needs
- Assisting with training new hires and other team members
- Following standard work procedures, safety requirements, and plant policies
- Performing additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous ink handling, printing, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently while coordinating with production teams
- Ability to discriminate and match colors
- Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation are helpful
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to follow established work procedures and safety guidelines
- Dependable, safety-focused approach to work
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand, sit, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Leverage loads of up to 400 lbs. using hand trucks
