Position Type: Seasonal assignment — not temp-to-hire
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Openings: 3
Anticipated Start Date: September 21, 2026

Schedule
- Primarily 2nd shift
- Candidates must be flexible to work any shift if needed
- Shift start times may vary
- Some weekend work may be required
- Approximately 10 hours per day and up to 50 hours per week
- Weekly timekeeping using time-in/time-out
Shift Differentials
- 2nd shift: Additional $3.00 per hour
- 3rd shift: Additional $2.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking Production Technicians to support seasonal warehouse and manufacturing operations in Grand Rapids, Ohio. This position will perform machine operation, harvest and production work, product inspection, and general warehouse duties. Forklift operation will be an important part of the role, although not all employees will operate a forklift throughout the entire shift. Qualified candidates may receive forklift training.
Responsibilities
- Operate production and processing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform harvest-related and general production tasks.
- Inspect products and materials for quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Operate a sit-down forklift as assigned.
- Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse or production area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support daily production goals and team operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, machine operation, or inspection experience is preferred.
- Previous forklift certification or experience is a strong plus.
- Forklift training may be provided for qualified candidates.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and varying start times.
- Ability to work some weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
- Driving is not required for this assignment.
- Candidates must provide and wear 6-inch safety-toe work boots.
- This is a seasonal position and is not temp-to-hire.
