Pay: $39.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role combines machine operation with preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably while minimizing production downtime.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
- Set up machinery for production runs and perform equipment changeovers with minimal downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal operation and product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance, inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
- Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and other maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues.
- Identify potential equipment problems, safety hazards, and maintenance needs and report them promptly.
- Ensure safety devices and equipment are functioning properly and follow all applicable safety and environmental requirements.
- Assist with training junior operators and maintenance personnel as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic, maintenance technician, machine operator, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prioritize multiple maintenance needs.
