Pay: $39.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role combines machine operation with preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably while minimizing production downtime.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement.
  

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
  

• Set up machinery for production runs and perform equipment changeovers with minimal downtime.
  

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal operation and product quality.
  

• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
  

• Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and other maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues.
  

• Identify potential equipment problems, safety hazards, and maintenance needs and report them promptly.
  

• Ensure safety devices and equipment are functioning properly and follow all applicable safety and environmental requirements.
  

• Assist with training junior operators and maintenance personnel as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
  

• Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic, maintenance technician, machine operator, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment maintenance.
  

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  

• Good communication and organizational skills.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prioritize multiple maintenance needs.
