Temp to Hire
Shift: 3rd Shift, 10pm-6:30am (Sunday-Thursday)
        
Train on 1st Shift, typically 6:30am-3:30pm for 2-4 weeks
Pay Rate: $25-32/hr, plus 15% shift differential 
 

What’s a typical day as a Production Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

  • Performing maintenance work including equipment repair and preventative maintenance.

  • Handling repair and maintenance of APA area floors and walls.

  • Completing work orders and projects as assigned.

  • Providing guidance to other maintenance technicians on electrical, mechanical, and control issues.

  • Assisting senior technicians with project management, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.

  • Offering input on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Plans.

  • Maintaining efficient maintenance practices aligned with production needs.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and supporting lean initiatives.

  • Promoting a safe, compliant, and positive work environment.

  • Maintaining documentary procedural standards as per established SOPs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Have technical or vocational training (preferred).

  • Bring 2+ years of maintenance or manufacturing experience.

  • Possess basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Are familiar with GMP, SOPs, and regulated environments.

  • Demonstrate basic computer skills and strong communication abilities.

  • Thrive in a team environment and have strong organizational skills.

  • Can stand, walk, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, and perform frequent climbing/stooping/kneeling.

  • Are open to feedback and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Are available for 3rd shift and flexible for 1st shift training.
