Job Title: Clerk II – Operations Clerk I
Client: DoorDash
Location: San Francisco/Peninsula or New York (on-site, travel required within city)
Contract Type: Temporary Agency Worker
Duration: Aug 31, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026
Schedule: Part-time, 10 hours/week; Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 2 PM

About the Role

Join DoorDash’s Meal Manager team to help companies provide seamless, high-quality team lunches! As an Operations Clerk I, you’ll launch new customers on the platform, drive an exceptional onsite meal experience, and help optimize the market operations for one of DoorDash for Business’s fastest-growing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and onboard new customers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving pain points onsite

  • Represent DoorDash, manage product quality and performance for key clients

  • Collect client feedback, identify issues, and communicate them to relevant teams

  • Troubleshoot and support clients with the Meal Manager platform

  • Travel daily to different client offices within your city

Requirements

  • Based in San Francisco/Peninsula or New York City, and willing to travel locally each day

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort with digital collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, and internal systems

  • Ability to learn and teach others the Meal Manager platform

  • High attention to detail, reliable, with a “humble hustler” mentality

  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Prior experience in operations, support, customer interviews, or sales—preferably in hospitality or food-related industries

  • No remote option (must be onsite)
