  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Total Hourly Rate Potential: $61.45/hour (Includes $56.36/hour base pay + $5.09/hour H&W stipend).

    • Flexibility: If you do not require company health insurance, the $5.09/hour stipend is paid directly to you as cash wages (up to 40 hours per week).


  • Time Off & Insurance: Paid sick leave, federal holiday premium pay, liability insurance, and workers’ compensation.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of acute and specialty units.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for Veterans with diverse needs.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate changes in patient condition.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

  • Float to areas of highest need—your flexibility is valued and rewarded.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state or territory)

  • 1+ year of recent, independent critical care experience 

  • Current BLS & ACLS certifications

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to float between units as needed

  • Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and Veteran-centered care
