Job details

Material Handler – Auditor

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 an hour
Location: Groveport, OH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit outgoing orders to verify item quantities, pallet contents, and shipment accuracy.

  • Inspect pallets and products for correct labeling, overall condition, and secure stacking.

  • Complete shipping documentation, audit records, and carrier paperwork efficiently and accurately.

  • Print and apply packing slips, shipping labels, customer labels, and required placards as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with customer, carrier, ASN, DRP, and all shipping requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and promptly route completed documentation to the appropriate departments.

  • Collaborate with Shipping Administration, Leads, and Supervisors to resolve shipment discrepancies and address special customer requirements.

  • Support outbound shipping operations while upholding high standards of accuracy, organization, and inventory integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with numbers and documentation.

  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or logistics operations preferred.

  • Ability to follow customer-specific shipping instructions and standardized processes.

  • Comfortable using warehouse management and shipping systems.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
