Treasury Management Sales Associate

Pay Rate: $26.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas

Are you looking to take your banking expertise to the next level? Kelly is seeking a talented and proactive Treasury Management Sales Associate to join our client’s Sales Delivery Team. If you excel at building presentations, analyzing trends, and supporting a dynamic sales process, we want to connect with you!

About the Role:

As a TM Sales Associate, you will play a key part in supporting Treasury Management Officers—helping with client pricing, presentation building, proposal generation, portfolio management, and more. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop the knowledge and skillset needed to advance toward a Treasury Management Officer role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist assigned Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales process, integrating with local/regional teams

  • Participate in client call preparation, proposal generation, relationship reviews, working capital analysis, pricing and profitability modeling

  • Data mine existing portfolios for revenue enhancement and cross-sell opportunities

  • Help develop solutions, follow up on small sales opportunities, and contribute to client meetings when appropriate

  • Support sensitive/escalated customer issues and ensure an exceptional client experience

  • Engage in RFP pricing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability in problem solving, critical thinking, and project management

  • Demonstrated track record of client interactions and proactive solution development

  • Ability to work independently, showing initiative while managing multiple tasks

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Working Conditions:

  • Extensive use of PC and phone

  • Minimal travel may be required
