Warehouse Clerk / Material Management Clerk
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Material Management Clerk to support supply receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and material distribution throughout the hospital. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
- Dress Code: Black cargo pants and black polo shirt. Black scrubs will be provided after training is completed.
- Address: Los Angeles, CA
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite
- Local candidates only
Schedule
This is a variable schedule requiring 3–4 days per week, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Weekday shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 4:30 AM–1:00 PM
- 4:30 AM–1:00 PM
- Weekend requirement: Two weekends per month, generally every other weekend
- Weekend shifts: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- Schedule may vary based on operational needs.

- Additional coverage: Some shifts may be scheduled from 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stock medical and hospital supplies.
- Pick and prepare supply orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver materials and supplies to departments throughout the hospital.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies.
- Follow established procedures for product storage, handling, and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Provide professional and responsive service to hospital staff and internal customers.
- Follow all hospital, safety, infection-control, and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods.
- Previous experience in materials management, warehouse operations, customer service, or healthcare is preferred.
- Availability to work early morning, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
