Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work at a premier medical device manufacturing client in New Brighton, MN. Sound like something you’re interested in? Pay Rate: $23.76 per hour
Shift: 2nd (M-F, 2pm-10:30pm)

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
- Meeting daily customer demand and production schedules by assembling medical devices using specialized equipment and work instructions
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained at all times
- Collaborating with Manufacturing Leads or Specialists to ensure production schedules and quality objectives are met
- Participating in basic problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Reporting issues related to quality, equipment, materials, or labor to supervisors
- Completing required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, sustaining 5S and DBS concepts
- Assisting as an active member of the production team
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or some relevant work experience (required)
- Can read and follow safety rules, operating procedures, and detailed work instructions
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Work well collaboratively within a team setting
- Are comfortable working with adhesives, solvents, and chemicals in a controlled environment
- Can frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Have close and color vision needed for inspecting small parts
- Are willing to adhere to strict apparel and personal hygiene requirements
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with GMP, medical device manufacturing, or microscope use
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
