Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
Shift:
2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday (for 10 days during probationary period; shift may adjust after probation based on pre-determined assignment)

What’s a typical day as Production Technician I? You’ll be:
- Operating automated and non-automated bindery equipment to produce high-quality documents according to customer specifications
- Performing material handling and outbound logistics duties, including final quality control checks, boxing, packaging, and labeling orders
- Reading and interpreting job tickets and executing workflow management scans to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Participating in Large Format Printing/Finishing operations
- Promoting customer satisfaction through effective execution of daily assignments and quality control procedures
- Maintaining compliance with organizational policies and production standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to follow instructions, adapt to new tasks, and work efficiently in a production environment (must-have)
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Are dependable and punctual, with a strong attendance record (0.5 attendance points allowed during probationary period)
- Are able to lift, move, and handle materials as required
- Possess previous experience in production, bindery, finishing, or shipping (preferred, but not required)
- Are motivated to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
