Hours:
3rd shift 8:30p – 6:30a Sunday to Wednesday 
Location: Hayesville, OH
Pay: $28–$31 per hour
Direct Hire – Full Benefits


Position Overview

Kelly is seeking a reliable and skilled 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hayesville, OH. In this direct-hire role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This position offers full benefits and the opportunity to work with a valued manufacturing leader in the printing and thermoforming industry.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Read work orders and specifications to determine equipment and machinery requiring repair or maintenance.

  • Prioritize assignments based on urgency and operational needs.

  • Assist with the installation of new machinery as needed.

  • Follow all safety protocols and take strong caution around press machinery.

  • Demonstrate proper machine usage and safety procedures to newer employees.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment.

  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous mechanical and electrical experience in the printing and/or thermoforming industry preferred.

  • Tow motor (forklift) experience preferred.

  • Ability to pass the Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test.
