Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.00/hour

Shift: 9-5pm

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:

  • Participating in secondary packaging runs and ensuring completion to the highest quality standards.

  • Providing mock-ups for project management, assisting with packaging specification creation, and reviewing pre-production documents.

  • Collaborating with procurement and warehouse operations on materials ordering, inventory, and resource allocation.

  • Maintaining production calendars, performing ERP transactions, and supporting inventory inquiries.

  • Enforcing health and safety guidelines, maintaining cleaning schedules, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Participating in warehousing activities during lower volume packaging and labeling periods.

  • Tracking and reporting key packaging and labeling metrics as required.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a GMP warehouse environment, specifically in secondary packaging and labeling.

  • Are comfortable working in cold, refrigerated, and ultra-frozen environments.

  • Can quickly adapt to handle a variety of duties and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

  • Possess experience with different types of label applications (single panel, booklet, flag, etc.).

  • Are proficient with ERP platforms and have strong data integrity and documentation skills.

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Have strong attention to detail and a focus on client service and reliability.
