Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24/hour

Shift: Monday through Friday

What’s a typical day as Service Parts Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Accurately entering customer orders into the SAP system, ensuring all part numbers, quantities, pricing, billing, and shipping information are correct.

  • Providing information about spare part pricing and delivery to internal and external customers by phone, email, or written quotes.

  • Operating inventory control software, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

  • Answering calls and providing needed information promptly and professionally.

  • Serving as a liaison with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and shipping personnel to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Possess strong customer/client focus, communication proficiency, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Have technical capacity and the ability to learn and use systems such as SAP, inventory control software, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Preferably hold an Associate’s Degree or equivalent from college or technical school (preferred, not required).

  • Are able to work full-time in an office environment using standard office equipment.
