Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
About the Role
Join a growing distribution facility with opportunities for long-term growth as we move from the buildout phase to full operations! We are looking for experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) / Forklift Operators to play a key role in warehouse setup and operational support. Must have Experience operating stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers.
What You’ll Do
- Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (50% of the time)
- Perform general material handling and cleaning duties (40% of the time)
- Pick and stage orders for shipment according to customer needs
- Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents accurately
- Move items from bulk containers, racks, shelves, or bins as required
- Scan materials and move them according to standard work instructions
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Meet assigned production goals and site KPIs (flexible schedule may be required)
- Assist with warehouse setup tasks as needed
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior forklift certification required
- Proven experience operating Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (both Crown & Raymond), and Electric Pallet Jacks
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation is required
