Se busca un Técnico Asociado de Mantenimiento para Juncos, PR, para apoyar en la instalación, mantenimiento, solución de problemas, reparación y mejora continua de equipos de manufactura y sistemas de utilidades utilizados en operaciones bajo GMP. El candidato ideal tendrá interés en aprender, motivación práctica y habilidades técnicas, colaborando en un entorno seguro, confiable y regulado.

Salario: $18.14ph

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Asistir en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y de emergencia sobre equipos de manufactura y sistemas de utilidades.

  • Apoyar en la operación y mantenimiento de fermentadores, bombas, válvulas, filtros, autoclaves, sistemas CIP/SIP y utilidades.

  • Realizar reparaciones mecánicas básicas, inspecciones, lubricación y documentación de actividades.

  • Colaborar en la solución de problemas técnicos y participar en acciones correctivas y preventivas.

  • Completar registros de mantenimiento y documentación conforme a los estándares GMP y procedimientos aprobados.

  • Utilizar sistemas CMMS (Maximo o equivalente) para gestionar órdenes de trabajo y historial de equipos.

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de ingeniería, manufactura, calidad y mantenimiento.

  • Participar en programas de capacitación y desarrollo técnico.

Requisitos:

  • Grado asociado en Mecánica, Electricidad, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecatrónica o campo técnico relacionado.

  • 0–2 años de experiencia en mantenimiento, manufactura o área técnica (se valora experiencia en ambientes regulados).

  • Disponibilidad para todos los turnos y turnos de 12 horas.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma segura, seguir procedimientos y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.

  • Conocimientos básicos de sistemas mecánicos y utilidad, deseo de aprender sobre procesos bacterianos y documentación GMP.

  • Habilidad para utilizar herramientas manuales, interpretar planos y ejecutar tareas físicas propias de mantenimiento.
