Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.80 per hour
Shift: 1st shift 6a to 2:30p

What’s a typical day as a Logistics Specialist? You’ll be:
- Performing cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Picking, packing, staging, and shipping customer orders accurately
- Operating pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Supporting warehouse projects and participating in safety meetings
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
- Bring previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing (preferred)
- Can operate RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory reports with strong attention to detail
- Are able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk throughout the shift, and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- (Preferred) Have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or similar systems
