Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Quality Data Entry Associate to work at a premier manufacturing company in Oshkosh, WI. Sound like something you’re interested in? Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

What’s a typical day as a Quality Data Entry Associate? You’ll be:
- Copying and pasting PDF files from the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform into a network drive (R:Drive)
- Creating and organizing folders based on supplier, part number, PPAP, and other categories
- Downloading documents, saving them accurately, and ensuring all files are correctly managed for easy retrieval
- Following straightforward and repetitive processes with high attention to detail
- Reporting to the onsite supervisor or assigned team lead
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have strong computer skills, especially with file management and organizational methods
- Are proficient in copy, paste, download, and save operations
- Are familiar with network/shared drives and basic PDF handling
- Have experience with, or can quickly learn, ERP/MES platforms like Plex
- Possess high attention to detail and are comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Are reliable, punctual, and able to complete a 3-4 month contract assignment
