Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday,
Pay Rate: $25/hr
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our Operations team based in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a regulated warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and other QMS documentation as directed.
– Perform routine product inspections (incoming, first article, final, and special) and identify nonconformances.
– Maintain Quality System Records for compliance and conformance.
– Coordinate supplier corrective action activities and support special projects.
– Track inspection report metrics and maintain Living Documents and Records.
– Contribute to process improvements and lead investigations of nonconformances.
– Support EQMS and Document Control activities.
Qualifications:
– Experience in QA.( Quality Assuance)
– 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
– Experience in Medical Device or Cosmetics industry a plus!
– Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, OSHA standards, and EQMS.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory management systems.
– Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. moving pallets, lifting boxes (25-30lbs range
