Pay: $27.00 – $37.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Troy, MI. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who can diagnose equipment problems, make effective repairs, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
You’ll work with automated manufacturing equipment and a variety of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems while partnering with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automated equipment.
- Diagnose PLC/PAC I/O, sensors, controls, circuitry, and machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment reliable and production moving.
- Maintain and repair automated machinery, including robotic and welding equipment.
- Read electrical schematics and use technical documentation to quickly identify and resolve problems.
- Support equipment startups, rebuilds, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Partner with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and improve machine performance.
- Complete maintenance work orders and PMs while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and applicable OSHA/MIOSHA requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman Electrician or equivalent experience/training; approximately 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience if experience-based.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to work confidently from electrical schematics.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC/PAC systems, I/O, sensors, and automated equipment.
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot everything from industrial automation to conventional machinery and facility electrical systems.
- Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, squatting, and lifting.
- Willingness to work overtime when production needs require it.
- IEC standards and robotic/welding equipment experience are a plus.
