  • Tracking orders, inventory movements, and operational activities using warehouse systems.

  • Identifying and helping resolve delays, discrepancies, and order-, inventory-, or system-related issues.

  • Coordinating with warehouse teams, inventory control, and supervisors to address process gaps and maintain workflow continuity.

  • Keeping system updates and documentation accurate, including issue status and resolutions.

  • Communicating operational updates, risks, and issues to the appropriate teams.

  • Helping prioritize tasks and balance workloads across operational areas.

  • Supporting performance reporting and identifying trends or opportunities for improvement.

  • Following standard operating procedures and quality standards.

  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues in real time.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, tracking, and reporting.

  • Effective communication and organizational skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including data entry and reporting tools.

  • The ability to work independently and make decisions within established processes.

Preferred qualifications:
