Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $25.98 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift: 9:15 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Sunday. No regular shifts on Friday night or Saturday night.

What’s a typical day as Material Handler II? You’ll be:
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using RF scanners or voice-picking systems
- Packing and preparing orders, ensuring correct products, lot numbers, addresses, and shipping temperatures
- Performing picking and packing duties in ambient, refrigerated, and frozen environments
- Examining, stocking, and distributing materials in inventory
- Moving material within warehouse, distribution, and production facilities
- Operating material handling equipment (such as forklifts and man-up order pickers) as required
- Maintaining inventory of products and raw materials with meticulous attention to detail
- Adhering to and continuously improving established quality and safety systems
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalency (required)
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience (required)
- Are proficient in English to uphold safety requirements and procedures
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and understand safety procedures
- Are certified (or willing to be trained and certified) to operate material handling equipment
- Have experience with forklifts or man-up order pickers (preferred)
- Possess basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work proactively and effectively with a team
- Have strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Can perform basic mathematical calculations
