Production Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $21.25/hr.
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating production equipment who is looking for a stable 2nd shift position.

The ideal candidate has experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, follows instructions well, and has strong attention to detail. Machining or milling experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing and production machinery.

  • Set up and operate equipment according to established procedures and specifications.

  • Load and unload materials and parts from machinery.

  • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.

  • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.

  • Identify quality issues and report machine or production problems.

  • Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Meet established production and quality goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Experience operating production equipment is a plus.

  • CNC, machining, milling, or other industrial equipment experience is a plus.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Ability to use basic measuring tools and inspection equipment.

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
