Inventory Worker
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Schedule: Overtime and weekends as needed
Role Summary
Supports daily warehouse operations by assembling, preparing, and shipping training materials, kits, and equipment for T&E programs. Maintains accurate inventory, performs quality checks, and works with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality shipments.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble, package, label, and ship training materials and equipment.

Maintain organized and accurate inventory.

Perform basic quality checks before shipment or use.

Complete warehouse tasks safely, efficiently, and on time.

Identify and resolve basic inventory or shipment issues.

Communicate with Sales, Product Management, and Warehouse teams.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Basic warehouse, inventory, or shipping knowledge preferred.

Basic computer skills; training provided.
-
Strong attention to detail and organization.
-
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Forklift/pallet jack certification or ability to obtain within one year.

Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
