Inventory Worker

Location: Pomona, CA
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Schedule: Overtime and weekends as needed

Role Summary

Supports daily warehouse operations by assembling, preparing, and shipping training materials, kits, and equipment for T&E programs. Maintains accurate inventory, performs quality checks, and works with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, label, and ship training materials and equipment.

  
  

• Maintain organized and accurate inventory.

  
  

• Perform basic quality checks before shipment or use.

  
  

• Complete warehouse tasks safely, efficiently, and on time.

  
  

• Identify and resolve basic inventory or shipment issues.

  
  

• Communicate with Sales, Product Management, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

  
  

• Basic warehouse, inventory, or shipping knowledge preferred.

  
  

• Basic computer skills; training provided.

  
  

• Strong attention to detail and organization.

  
  

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand/walk for most of the shift.

  
  

• Forklift/pallet jack certification or ability to obtain within one year.

  
  

• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
