Essential Requirements

  • Steel Toe Boots or Safety-Toed Shoes Required

  • HS Diploma or GED preferred

  • Excellent punctuality—must report by 6:00am sharp

  • Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs

  • Facility environment: hot in the summer, cold in the winter, some loud and/or dusty areas

  • Hearing protection required in certain areas

Position Overview

The Manufacturing Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily production operations in a manufacturing environment by performing repetitive machine or process duties, adjusting machinery as directed, and recording production data as assigned. This role requires strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
Successful candidates will be considered for full-time hire or contract extension.


Responsibilities

  • Operate various manufacturing equipment (including manual bag lifting/stacking, pallet jack/handcart, packing equipment, etc.)

  • Follow all safety policies and maintain a “Safety First” mindset

  • Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties

  • Accurately record and report production information as required

  • Follow oral and written instructions, including memos and short correspondence

  • Work reliably while maintaining a strong attention to detail and following directions closely

  • Communicate effectively in both one-on-one and group settings

  • Demonstrate flexibility and strong interpersonal skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to be observant, accurate, and follow detailed instructions

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance

  • Safety-oriented

  • Good housekeeping habits

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with others
