Pay Rate: $20.00/hrs. on W2
Shift: 1st

Job Description:

  • Operates semi?automated manufacturing equipment under close supervision, performing routine setup, basic troubleshooting, and production documentation while following safety, quality, and standard work procedures to meet daily production goals.

  • Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Set up, operate, and monitor semi?automated production equipment, performing changeovers, calibrations, line clearances, and routine preventive maintenance to meet production targets.

  • Quality & Documentation: Perform first?article inspections and routine quality checks; accurately complete all required production, quality, and equipment documentation.

  • Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance: Maintain a clean and sterile work environment; follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and established workflows, reporting issues as needed.

  • Team Collaboration & Materials Support: Conduct material requisition and inventory management; Participate in daily production meetings and collaborate with cross?functional teams to address technical issues and drive process improvements.
