The organization has multiple projects, upcoming changes, and growth initiatives, creating an opportunity for an HR leader who is experienced in change management, organizational development, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning.
The HR Manager will partner closely with plant leadership and the HR Director to develop the HR function, support organizational changes, and help prepare the workforce for the company’s next stage of growth.

- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with plant and business objectives.
- Partner with plant leadership to support organizational changes, workforce planning, and business initiatives.
- Develop and mentor the HR team, including training and developing a Generalist.
- Oversee recruiting, retention, onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce development.
- Lead complex employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management matters.
- Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors.
- Develop and implement training and leadership development programs.
- Support the 24/7 operations, including workforce planning and organizational readiness.
- Lead and support change management and HR projects across the facility.
- Monitor HR metrics and use data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication between employees, supervisors, management, and HR leadership.
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as the organization continues to evolve.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR leadership or management role.
- Manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or another 24/7 or multi-shift operational environment strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and complex projects.
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
- Strong workforce planning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing and mentoring HR professionals.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

You will be joining an organization with significant projects and upcoming changes, so the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, anticipate challenges, and consistently communicate with leadership will be critical.
The role requires flexibility to support a 24/5 operation. The HR Manager may occasionally need to adjust their schedule earlier or later at least once per week to support different shifts. Occasional after-hours or weekend availability may also be required for urgent employee relations matters or investigations.
Why Join?

- $100K–$120K salary
- Up to 10% annual bonus based on company performance
- Opportunity to play a key role in preparing the facility for 24/7 operations
