Warehouse Pick & Packer – Columbus, Ohio
$18.00/hr + $150 Bonus!
Earn a $150 bonus when you quickly complete the drug test and screening process and successfully complete your first full 40-hour workweek.
For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving, Kelly® is here for you! We are currently seeking Warehouse Pick & Packers to support a premier equipment and tool manufacturer in Columbus, Ohio.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
- Pick Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Pack Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Assignment Length: Short-term, approximately lasting to Oct.

Your Typical Day
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items listed on daily reports using a remote headset.
- Quality Packaging: Verify orders and carefully pack products to prevent damage.
- Labeling & Documentation: Label cartons and prepare shipping documents and packing slips.
- Inventory Support: Locate overages and pull shortages to complete orders.
- Efficiency: Move completed cartons to the conveyor belt and maintain a clean workspace.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively and remain flexible to cross-train in other warehouse functions.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Can stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
- Can lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Work well with a diverse team.
- Have previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred).
