Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associates to join our distribution team in Canal Winchester. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment, while consistently maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. This position operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment and plays a crucial part in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems

  • Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure order accuracy

  • Pack orders securely following company standards and customer requirements

  • Label, stage, and prepare shipments for outbound carriers

  • Load and unload materials as necessary

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and promptly report any discrepancies

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times

  • Achieve daily productivity, quality, and attendance goals

  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous experience in warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment roles is preferred

  • Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

  • Frequently lift up to 40 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment for extended periods

  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (if trained and authorized)
