About the Team
This team leads market operations for a meal management platform, partnering with restaurants and automating meal delivery for business clients. The group supports hiring, onboarding, and scheduling processes to ensure seamless service and robust staffing for workplace meal programs.

About the Role
The Operations Clerk-I (Shift Lead) plays a critical role in candidate hiring, onboarding, and scheduling, working closely with regional leads, operations teams, and Brand Ambassadors to match staffing needs to business growth. Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, supporting training and development of Brand Ambassadors, maintaining calendars, ensuring proper staffing, and channeling feedback/issues to relevant contacts. The role requires technical, organizational, and communication skills to troubleshoot and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of Brand Ambassadors

  • Maintain and monitor candidate rosters and calendar schedules

  • Source, interview, and schedule Brand Ambassadors for training

  • Field feedback from Brand Ambassadors, identify and escalate issues

  • Troubleshoot operational and platform issues

  • Operate with strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills

  • Build and nurture relationships based on empathy and emotional intelligence

  • Utilize technology and data tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets for collaboration and operations

  • Support multiple projects efficiently within the meal management platform

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management, HR, Support, Customer Interaction, or Sales (hospitality industry preferred)

  • Strong communication, time management, and detail orientation

  • Technical aptitude and coachability with digital tools and platforms

  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver consistent results

  • People management passion and ability to build relationships
