We’re seeking an Assembly Worker Production Operators to work at a premier medical devices manufacturing client in Lowell, MA.
Pay Rate:
- $18 hrly; 6 mons to 1 year of medical manufacturing experience.
- $19 hrly; must have 1+ years of medical manufacturing experience.
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift; Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift; Mon – Thurs, 3:00PM – 1:30AM
Job Description:
- Assembling a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines under the direction of Production Team Leaders/Supervisors
- Operating a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment
- Manually manipulating fragile wafers and working with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment
- Performing basic measurements and math calculations related to tolerances and dimensions
- Conducting in-process visual inspections, both with and without microscopes, in line with established requirements
- Accurately documenting all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers
- Performing various dimensional inspections using gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers, and micrometers
Requirements:
- Have at least 6 mons – 1 year of experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing (required)
- Have at least 6 mons – 1 year of experience working in a clean room environment using a microscope (required)
- Are proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
