Production Assemblers – 1st Shift
Location: O’Fallon, MO
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Assignment Length: 6 months (with potential overtime on Fridays)

Shift Schedules (Monday – Thursday)
- 5:30am – 4:00pm
- 6:00am – 4:30pm
- 5:45am – 4:15pm
*Overtime on Fridays as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble single-use microsurgical instruments for minimally invasive surgeries in ophthalmology and neurology.
- Read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a manufacturing team.
- Ensure products meet all quality criteria according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Comply with FDA/CGMP regulations regarding traceability and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Stable work history required.
- Previous manufacturing or small parts assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read and write, perform basic math, and follow instructions.
- Experience working with microscopes preferred (training available).
- Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Reliable transportation required (no bus line available).
