Production Assemblers – 1st Shift
Location: O’Fallon, MO
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Assignment Length: 6 months (with potential overtime on Fridays)

Shift Schedules (Monday – Thursday)

  • 5:30am – 4:00pm

  • 6:00am – 4:30pm

  • 5:45am – 4:15pm
    *Overtime on Fridays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble single-use microsurgical instruments for minimally invasive surgeries in ophthalmology and neurology.

  • Read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions.

  • Collaborate effectively as part of a manufacturing team.

  • Ensure products meet all quality criteria according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Comply with FDA/CGMP regulations regarding traceability and safety.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Stable work history required.

  • Previous manufacturing or small parts assembly experience preferred.

  • Ability to read and write, perform basic math, and follow instructions.

  • Experience working with microscopes preferred (training available).

  • Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Reliable transportation required (no bus line available).
