Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000 per year

What’s a typical day as Sales Manager? You’ll be:
- Leading and managing sales activities in your designated territory to achieve sales goals
- Conducting regular customer visits and consultations, ensuring exceptional client support and satisfaction
- Promoting advanced mineral processing technologies and related services tailored to industry requirements
- Driving sales initiatives through collaboration with agents, dealers, and internal teams
- Participating in off-site training sessions, sales meetings, and industry trade shows
- Generating new LEAN processes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Providing feedback for innovative product and service development based on market trends
- Assisting the marketing team in developing customer-oriented materials and events
- Ensuring all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have proven experience in sales management in industrial or technology sectors
- Possess strong consultative, negotiation, and communication skills
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and sales database platforms
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
- Show initiative, creativity, and a results-driven mindset
- Can travel as required, including overnight stays, for client visits and trade events
- Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Have knowledge of mineral processing technologies (a plus)
