Forklift Operator Job Summary
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years forklift experience with:
- Raymond Reach
- Raymond Dock Stocker
- Raymond Pallet Jack
- Crown Sit-Down Forklift
- Raymond Reach
Duties:
- Start as Material Handler: picking/packing flu vaccines & pharmaceutical items
- Operate forklifts as needed
Schedules & Pay:
- 5am–1:30pm, Mon–Fri ($18/hr)
- 8am–4:30pm, Mon–Fri ($18/hr)
- 4am–12:30pm, Mon–Thurs; alternating Fri/Sat 8am–4:30pm ($18/hr)
- 9:30pm–6:00am, Sun–Thurs ($19/hr)
Language Requirements:
- Must speak, read, and write English (materials/instructions provided in English)
- Translators available with advance notice (please indicate at scheduling)
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
Physical/Work Conditions:
- Comfortable working in cooler (34°F) & freezer (-5°F)
- PPE provided for freezer work
- Able to stand, twist, lift 30–50 lbs. throughout shift
Seasonality:
- Most positions are seasonal, running through November or December.
