This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in system information, computer science, or equivalent

  • Certification/experience (ITIL 4 Foundation, A+, Security +, CCNA preferred).

  • At least two (2) years of related IT support experience.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.

  • Knowledge working with TCP/IPv4 & v6, DHCP, DNS, and general network/security troubleshooting.

  • Experience managing LAN/WAN connectivity and supporting IP phone systems.

  • Skills tracking inventory and managing service desk tickets.

  • Ability to maintain confidential data and develop productive relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Thrive under pressure and in deadline-oriented operations, adapting easily to change.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills for instructions, correspondence, and presentations.

  • Are proficient with office equipment, computers, calculators, photocopy, fax machine, and phone.

IT Technical Support Specialist role involves providing comprehensive IT support by identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software issues across user devices and systems, while ensuring the proper setup and configuration of operating systems, applications, and peripheral equipment for employees and airline stations. Responsibilities include assisting users with software, hardware, profile, and password-related concerns; configuring systems for new hires and operational areas such as gates and ticket counters; and supporting the deployment of new applications while maintaining compatibility with existing environments. The position also manages configuration and support for platforms such as Java, Kronos, Oracle, and airline-specific systems, oversees software licensing compliance, and administers user access roles and permissions. In addition, the role includes monitoring and distributing office supplies such as printer toner, troubleshooting network connectivity, supporting IP phone and PBX systems, and utilizing remote access tools to resolve issues and manage service desk tickets across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support levels. Active participation in departmental meetings and onboarding activities helps ensure alignment with IT operational standards and business objectives.
