Build the products that keep industries moving. At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re hiring reliable Mechanical Assemblers to join a production team in Memphis, TN. You’ll assemble mechanical units, prepare and organize parts, and help ensure every component meets company quality standards. If you like hands-on work and following clear instructions, this role is for you.
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hr

What you’ll do:
- Assemble mechanical units using visual aids, verbal and written instructions, and assembly diagrams
- Prepare and organize parts for assembly
- Use a bar code reader to kit and track parts
- Operate basic equipment such as hand tools, presses, wire prep machines, and other assembly line tools
- Manually mask and prepare boards or parts as needed
- Comply with all company safety and security policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Ability to read and comprehend English verbal and written instructions and technical documentation
- Working knowledge of safety protocols and mechanical component identification
- High school diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
- Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures is a plus
