Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23–$30 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:
- Repairing and maintaining all components of production CNC machines and facility equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and material handling systems
- Troubleshooting equipment failures to the electronic and/or mechanical component level and performing necessary repairs
- Inspecting and measuring machine parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other issues
- Realigning and adjusting machine components such as spindles and clutches
- Validating machine and equipment repairs to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshooting electrical components, measuring voltages, and interpreting machine system drawings
- Providing support and training for machinists and machine operators
- Developing and performing preventive maintenance for each machine
- Coordinating with outside suppliers for repairs as needed
- Collaborating with engineers, production personnel, and programmers to resolve machining or assembly problems
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical disciplines (preferred) or equivalent technical/military training
- Bring at least 5 years of related experience and/or training on CNC production machines (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Possess strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills
- Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Have excellent communication and organizational abilities
