Quality Control Inspector – Weekend Shift

Location: Londonderry, NH

About the Role

We are hiring a Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team in Londonderry. In this role, you will ensure materials and packaging meet rigorous quality standards by performing inspections and keeping accurate production records. This is a weekend shift opportunity with competitive pay and the potential for long-term placement.


Shift & Pay Details

  • Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (24 hours/week)

  • Pay Range: $19–$21/hour 

What You’ll Do

  • Operate assigned packaging machines and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Conduct process inspections at scheduled intervals, checking for faults and product conformity

  • Use inspection tools (microscopes, gauges, etc.) to ensure all items meet quality standards

  • Accurately document all inspection results and production information

  • Verify batch labels and production records for accuracy and completeness

  • Identify and report any defects, product safety hazards, or machine problems immediately to your supervisor

  • Support cross-training on other inspection lines and assist in other production areas as needed

  • Complete daily preventative maintenance tasks as assigned

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

Key Qualifications

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year experience in Quality or Manufacturing enviroments

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance

  • Comfortable using mechanical inspection tools (microscopes, gauges, etc.)

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing

  • Experience with SPC, inspection documentation, or similar quality systems

  • Willingness to learn and support other production areas as needed
