Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.50 per hour

Shift: 6:45pm – 7am (2/3/2 schedule, includes weekends)

What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be:

• Assisting in all areas of the production facility, including machine operation and assembly tasks
  

• Starting up, shutting down, and maintaining normal operation of de-flashing units and other equipment
  

• Using carts, electric pallet jacks, pneumatic tools, bin lifters, hand-held air wands, brooms, and scan guns
  

• Reading and following standard operating procedures and safety protocols
  

• Performing safety checks of assigned equipment and supporting the site’s safety program
  

• Coordinating with teams to ensure efficient movement of materials and completion of production goals
  

• Wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
  

• Bring 1-3 years of production manufacturing experience (required)
  

• Have a solid work history of at least 1 year or more in a similar role
  

• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavy lifting as part of your regular duties
  

• Possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  

• Have basic math skills and experience using measurement tools (rulers, gages, etc.)
  

• Demonstrate a safety-first mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt to change
  

• Are a dependable team player with good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  

• Are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and required weekend rotations
