Production Operator III
Location: Wilsonville, OR
Pay Rate: $24.51 per hour
Shift: FHD 3:15am to 3:30pm, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and materials in process

  • Perform in-process tests to ensure production meets specifications (e.g., hardness, weight, variation, pH, moisture content)

  • Recognize equipment malfunctions or product deficiencies and troubleshoot errors to maintain optimum production levels

  • Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics

  • Keep records of orders received, work completed, and inventory

  • Match workload, manning, and equipment capacity to inventory on hand

  • Prepare and monitor master schedules, coordinating with materials planning, production, and maintenance teams

  • Requisition materials after determining delivery dates

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of relevant work experience (production, manufacturing, or similar setting)

  • Combination of job-related vocational training and hands-on experience

  • Proficiency with procedures, techniques, tools, material, and/or equipment (may require external certification in some disciplines)

  • Ability to apply judgment, basic problem-solving skills, and handle moderately complex tasks
