Sueldo y turnos
• De $18 a $25 por hora, según la experiencia
• Turnos de día, tarde y noche
• Horario rotativo: 12 días de trabajo y 2 días libres. Cuando se trabajan horas extra, el horario puede ser de 13 días de trabajo y 1 día libre.

¿Qué harás en un día típico?
• Apoyar la producción de ejes para vehículos pesados: operar máquinas, ensamblar e inspeccionar piezas y prepararlas para la siguiente etapa
• Cargar, colocar y sujetar piezas y conjuntos con herramientas y equipos aprobados, como sistemas robóticos y grúas de techo
• Supervisar distintos procesos de fabricación, como perforado, torneado, ranurado, roscado y soldadura robótica. También verificar que las máquinas funcionen correctamente y que se cumplan las metas de producción
• Revisar piezas y conjuntos para asegurarte de que cumplan con los requisitos de calidad, y detectar y reportar defectos o problemas durante el proceso
Este trabajo podría ser para ti si:
• Tienes al menos un año de experiencia relacionada
• Puedes trabajar a buen ritmo y cumplir con los tiempos de producción en un entorno de trabajo repetitivo
• Tienes experiencia con herramientas como herramientas neumáticas, llaves dinamométricas y esmeriladoras, y puedes aprender a usar instrumentos de medición como calibradores, micrómetros e indicadores de carátula
• Tienes buena destreza manual y puedes estar de pie, caminar, agacharte, estirarte y levantar hasta 50 libras durante todo el turno
• Puedes trabajar horas extra con frecuencia y los fines de semana
