Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-$25/hr | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid: 3 Onsite / 2 Remote

What’s a typical day as a Recruiting Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Posting career opportunities in Workday and updating job descriptions as needed
- Consulting with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and qualify candidates
- Evaluating and screening resumes to create a shortlist for hiring managers
- Conducting phone screens, virtual, and in-person interviews in alignment with the recruitment process
- Attending job fairs and career events to attract candidates
- Maintaining applicant data and ensuring system accuracy
- Extending offers and negotiating under guidance, supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities, including system changes and communication
- Coordinating special projects with Human Resources as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience working with the Workday recruiting module
- Possess previous administrative experience, preferably in a mid-size to large corporation
- Bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team communication skills
- Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (strongly preferred)
- Have prior human resources experience (preferred)
- Are available to work onsite at least three days each week
